Any unauthorized guest is subject to a $250/guest penalty. ✅ If the neighbors end up calling the police due to noise disturbance, a fine of $1000 is applicable. ✅ NO SMOKING No smoking in the house or garage, and there is a $2000 penalty fee. ✅ NO PETS ALLOWED STRICTLY not allowed by the building management. Imposed of immediate evacuation and cancellation without refund. ✅ Please respect check-in and checkout times. Any unauthorized early check-in or late check-out is subject to a $250 fine. ✅ Primary renter must be over the age of 21. ✅ Host may request a photocopy of renter's ID for verification before check-in as we see fit. ✅ This is a private property and the host reserves the right to access the property at any time to perform maintenance repairs necessary or requested by the renter. ✅ Maintenance schedule: we are unable to offer refunds or credits for inconveniences due to scheduling and maintenance done during your stay. We also request that our maintenance teams are not turned away if they should overlap your stay. Such instances can result in a $500 penalty as we will still incur a 'show up' charge, even if no work is performed. ✅ FIRE DAMAGE Never overload electrical outlets and extension cords, or place throw rugs over electrical cords. Never leave cooking appliances unattended or unattended. ✅ PROPERTY DAMAGE Make sure to close garage doors, and all windows and lock your car at night. We are not responsible for any loss/damage to your car. ✅ The property is located in an urban area, and **street noise is normal and to be expected**, including typical city sounds such as traffic and activity, which may be more noticeable at certain times of the day or night.
